The successful candidate will be responsible for building close relationships with interior design consultants from various volume home builders, providing top-notch training and systems support during colour selection appointments.

  • Be the go-to expert for interior design consultants, providing comprehensive training and system support.
  • Keep studio staff informed through ongoing training on our systems.
  • Maintain open and friendly communication channels with clients, ensuring they're up-to-date on any potential issues or delays.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with volume home builders' sales teams to meet customer needs and gather valuable feedback.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid understanding of the building industry (experience with volume builders is a plus).
  • An enthusiastic and driven attitude, with a passion for growing and developing this role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High-level computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • A current Australian driver's license.
