Key Responsibilities
">- Manage home loan accounts, including interest margin discounts, non-credit critical renewals, payment reversals, redraws, reconciliation activities, and resolving errors
- Support frontline staff in handling customer enquiries and providing guidance on mortgage industry processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
