Job Title: Insulation Industry Expert

This role is designed for individuals with a passion for the insulation industry, seeking to leverage their skills in sales and customer service. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales Customer Service Expert.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive top-notch support throughout their interactions with us. Your expertise in insulation and ability to make informed decisions will be crucial in driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with CRM systems. Additionally, they should have strong influencing and negotiation skills, enabling them to effectively manage customer queries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to provide expert advice to clients on insulation products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process orders, bookings, and services efficiently, meeting customer timeframes and deadlines.
