Customer Service Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Keysborough, VIC. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for high-value clients, delivering exceptional service through voice and written communications.

This position offers the chance to work with valuable customers while utilizing your expertise in customer service and waste collection industry skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming tier 1 customer enquiries from Premium Care and National Key Accounts
  • Deliver first-contact resolution experiences for customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage personal and team cases within specified SLAs
  • Contribute to process improvements and business enhancement initiatives
Required Skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Proven proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
