
Support Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist customers in accessing community resources and developing positive relationships with family and friends.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability.
- Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
- Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs.
- Smart Phone
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
