About the Position

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings provide a safe and nurturing environment where our customers can receive 24/7 care and support.

You will be responsible for providing direct support to our customers, including:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Supporting customers to access community services, such as healthcare, education, and employment
  • Accompanying customers on outings and social activities, promoting their inclusion and participation
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
