Equine Veterinary Nurse Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Equine Veterinary Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and varied equine hospital setting.

This challenging role offers the opportunity to work closely with veterinarians, specialists, and support staff to deliver high-quality care to horses.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide nursing care to horses in various situations, including intensive care, surgery, and everyday routine care
  • To assist veterinarians and specialists with procedures and examinations
  • To maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate 4 or equivalent experience in Veterinary Nursing
  • Proven experience working with a variety of horse breeds and ages
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within a team environment
