Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guardian to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for safeguarding our facility and distribution center by enforcing security procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Your primary goal will be to protect company assets through access control, screening of distribution areas, and inspection of outgoing materials, including mail and trash recovery.

You will conduct regular patrols, monitor activities, and respond promptly to incidents while maintaining accurate reports.

In collaboration with the Security Leadership Team, you will support investigations and asset recovery efforts.

To stay up-to-date with industry best practices, you will participate in ongoing training in firearms, hazardous materials, public safety, and security operations.

A strong communication skillset, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, prior private security experience, and a valid 20-Hour Private Security Firearms Certificate (O.P.O.T.C.) or be able to obtain it within 90 days.

This position requires a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and protecting others.
