About the JobWe have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service, emergency response, and security services to our retail sites in the Brisbane CBD area.
- Deliver high-quality security and customer service duties
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises to ensure a safe environment
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide necessary support
- Assess and respond to situations of risk to prevent harm or damage
- Manage access control systems and procedures
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate data logs
- Holds a current Security License with Crowd Control
- Possesses a valid Driving Licence and Vehicle
- Has a Control Room License (highly regarded)
- Currently holds a First Aid and CPR certificate
- Demonstrates impeccable presentation and attention to detail
- Is flexible and able to work rotating rosters
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can work effectively as part of a team
