NV1 Security Officers


Job Description:

We are seeking strong individuals to join our team as NV1 Security Officers.

This role is crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.

The successful candidate will provide customer service solutions to visitors, contractors and clients, monitor CCTV and access control systems, conduct building patrols and report security and safety risks.

They will also identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification, provide support to tenants and facilities, manage contractors and deliveries, and respond to emergency situations.

We are looking for a proactive and problem-solving individual who can work well in a team or autonomously, and is willing to support and step up as required into other roles.


Requirements:
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
