At Lineage, we're looking for a highly skilled coordinator to join our team at our Laverton facility in Melbourne. As a Business Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our administrators and customer service team members across revenue management and customer onboarding activities.

The primary focus of this role will be to drive business growth through process improvements, system implementations, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will work closely with the Business Services Manager and team to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring seamless operations and minimizing risks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting revenue management processes and systems
  • Assisting in claims management and invoicing activities
  • Developing and implementing SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting to internal and external customers
  • SUPPORTING ONBOARDING OF NEW CUSTOMERS

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry
  • Qualifications in Business, Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • Excellent understanding of safety procedures, product safety initiatives, quality, and legal regulations
  • Impressive customer service credentials
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and ideally WMS and/or TMS
