Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to lead digital transformation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for enterprise production systems.
  • Develop architectural and solution designs that meet system performance and scalability requirements.
  • Manage and mentor technical resources to foster a positive team culture.
  • Monitor system health and performance, addressing errors and bottlenecks.
  • Identify, plan, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide status reporting to senior executives.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated technical background in Salesforce solution design and software development.
  2. Experience leading or owning enterprise-grade production systems.
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ability to build team capability and establish processes.
