The role of a Program Manager involves overseeing complex, multi-year programs of work, including digital transformation projects and operational improvements.
This includes ensuring that projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals, fostering a structured approach to execution. The Program Manager will leverage program management methodologies to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the required standards.
They must have hands-on experience in planning and executing multiple projects while facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Establishing governance frameworks, managing dependencies, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope are essential responsibilities.

- Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance tracking across all projects.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership on program objectives.
- Manage program-level dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation to optimise outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of program tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM systems, digital solutions, and process improvements.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Advocate for program management best practices, coaching teams and fostering a culture of structured execution.
For this position, we are looking for an experienced leader who can drive transformation initiatives with confidence and decisiveness. They should be adept at engaging senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
A strong foundation in program management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMP or Agile frameworks, is essential. Proficiency in managing project governance, risk assessment and resource allocation at a program level is also required. Experience using project tracking tools is highly valued as it allows the candidate to optimise workflows, integrate the platform across teams and drive visibility and accountability.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical audiences. They should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights, build durable buy-in and keep projects on track.
