Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of strategic change and communication practices across Customer Service.

Your primary goal will be to enable successful project execution, uplift change maturity, and protect customer experience and business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes.

In this role, you will lead the development of Customer Service's change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards. You will also drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity.

You will be responsible for developing and leading strategic and operational communications aligned to our Customer Service North Star. Additionally, you will support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.

Other responsibilities include owning and optimizing Customer Service's SharePoint and managing critical incident communications. You will also embed a customer-obsessed, high-performance culture across the team, supporting talent, development, and succession planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years) with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments
  • Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams
  • Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms
