About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Manager to join our team. This role involves working with complex data analytics and modelling to develop high-impact customer insights related to customer behaviours across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will liaise with senior management and the Head of Data to deliver insights that inform key business decisions, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and performing analysis against data sources to deliver customer insights
  • Interpreting information to provide recommendations to senior management
  • Leading project delivery, designing decision review analysis, reporting on outcomes and performance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Insights or Analytics led roles
  • Strong experience with Google Analytic data collection, including coding and tag implementation
  • Extensive experience in extracting and manipulating large volumes of data with SQL and Teradata
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with commercial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
