Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer insights and loyalty team, driving continuous growth in contribution across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine customer-centric strategies for loyalty programs and customer insights
  • Contribute to campaigns and initiatives to enhance loyalty program enrolment and engagement
  • Lead internal consulting units, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities that support business growth through customer insights, research, analysis, and recommendations
  • Build and own a high-performing team of experts in insights, analytics, and strategy
  • Ensure the maintenance, enhancement, and interrogation of customer data to support strategic decision-making

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess extensive experience in relevant customer insights and/or loyalty program roles within highly regulated environments, coupled with natural leadership skills that embody strategic thinking, project management, and innovation.

Qualifications in statistics, finance, economics, marketing, or prior experience in the gaming industry are advantageous.
