Job Overview

This role is centered around providing exceptional customer service and coordinating international and/or domestic relocations for clients.

The Move Management Consultant plays a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our relocation services, requiring high attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely updates to relocatees on the status of all relocation elements.
  • Proactively manage any issues that may arise for relocatees and ensure comprehensive communication to provide resolutions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between relocatees, clients, removalists, and third-party suppliers to track the movement of goods from pickup to delivery.
  • Cover necessary travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.

This role also involves reconciling and approving invoices from third-party suppliers, creating cost estimates, and maintaining follow-up systems to maximize success rates.

  • Superior interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with diplomacy.
