Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating international and/or domestic relocations for key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely updates to relocatees regarding the status of their move.
  • Analyze and interpret relocation policies, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Manage complex relocation issues, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Liaise between relocatees, clients, removalists, and third-party suppliers.
  • C coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
