Job Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee the orchestration of international workforce transitions, ensuring seamless compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global mobility, encompassing immigration, tax, payroll, and relocation management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate full lifecycle international workforce transitions
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships globally
  • Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of global mobility
  • Provide subject matter expertise on global mobility standards interpretation
  • Support business leaders on global mobility matters
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree holder, Master's degree preferred

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience providing expert competence in global mobility
  • Extensive background in all aspects of global mobility
  • Experience handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC)
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
