Job Opportunity:

The Move Management Consultant role is a vital component of our service delivery. This position demands exceptional customer service and relocation coordination skills for one of our prominent clients.

You will bring your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities to the role, where every day presents new challenges. The job involves communicating with individuals undergoing relocation, managing issues that arise, and ensuring seamless 360-degree communication of situations and providing resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in delivering high levels of service to clients, excellent ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

They should also be able to think and present ideas clearly and logically, be a team player and self-starter with initiative and drive, and have experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, providing end-to-end services supporting government clientele.

  • Provide timely updates to relocating individuals regarding the status of all elements of their move.
  • Ability to interpret and distinguish specifics of each policy and explain how it applies.
  • Proactively manage any relocating individual issue if/when they arise and ensure 360-degree communication of situations and provide resolutions.
