Remote Staff is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content on social media platforms, executing targeted email marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of daily business activities.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist who will set up our client's lighting design and products division. The goal is to create brand awareness of the company through online and social media. Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Executing targeted email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Personal assistant duties including managing emails, preparing quotes, handling invoicing, and scheduling appointments
- Other basic administrative tasks assigned by the client
- Possibly managing products in the ecommerce store with basic WordPress
- Creating weekly blogs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least three years of marketing experience, particularly in social media and email marketing
- Ability to create content and captions
- Experience in basic graphic design
- Experience in using tools such as AI, Canva, and other effective marketing platforms
- Preferrably with customer service experience
- Creative and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and provide feedback
