Marketing & Administration Assistant
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic commercial agency team in the Sydney CBD. This exciting opportunity will provide an excellent chance to gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry and develop fundamental marketing and administrative skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with the team to coordinate the preparation of reports, submissions, and other documentation
* Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing materials
* Update the company database, including listing information, and upload to the website as required
* Manage online listings on Colliers' website and third-party platforms
* Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as necessary
* Reconcile and process invoices and expenses
**Requirements**
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need to possess:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with a preference for experience in In-Design and CRM systems
* Attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to implement improvements
* Previous administration and marketing experience in the property industry is highly desirable
