Exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to support a reputable property development firm. This role offers a unique schedule, allowing you to work school hours, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting and implementing marketing strategies
  • Contribute to various development projects, including advertising, events, digital outreach, and social media initiatives
  • Oversee website development and optimization efforts
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, signage, and display suites
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including launches and property viewings
  • Maintain and manage marketing databases
  • Create and update contact lists and project information
  • Ensure accuracy in all marketing materials and make necessary corrections
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide essential administrative support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in Adobe, Illustrator, and Publisher
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the building, construction, or property development sectors is preferred
  • Possesses a degree in Marketing or equivalent accredited qualifications
  • A proactive multitasker with a positive attitude, committed to achieving excellence
  • Willing to work from the office during school hours, five days a week
  • Aspiring to contribute to a successful and growing industry leader
