About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team at SMS Professional. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting our marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Develop and implement marketing projects, including website development and optimization, and the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials and assist in the planning and execution of events, including launches, open houses, and property viewings.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases, create contact lists and project information, and ensure that all marketing materials and activities are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Relevant degree in marketing or other accredited certificates.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, and event planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Publisher, and other relevant software.
