Marketing Assistant Opportunity

Rare chance to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a well-established property developer in the Hills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote properties and projects.
  • Support the creation and implementation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Coordinate events, launches, and open houses to showcase properties and engage with potential buyers.
  • Manage marketing databases and create contact lists for projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in marketing materials and activities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, buyers, and industry partners.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing or other accredited certificates.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Publisher.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, school hours, in the office.
