Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at Crystalbrook Collection Hotels.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office department. This includes managing the check-in and check-out process, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other hotel departments.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Front Office department, including supervising staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Front Office Duty Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
