The Opportunity: Take Charge of Large-Scale Commercial Projects

A leading commercial construction company is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee high-value builds in South Australia.

This role offers the chance to step up into a senior leadership position, leveraging your experience as a seasoned Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a capable site team to deliver commercial builds.
  2. Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met.
  3. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  4. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and internal teams to drive project outcomes.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges.
  6. Ensure compliance with construction documentation and specifications.

Requirements for Success:

  • A proven track record of delivering commercial or industrial projects valued around or above $30M.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage large teams and navigate complex site operations.
  • Ideal background in carpentry with a solid understanding of construction sequencing and documentation.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
