Job Title: Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Project Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and coordination of building services, including installation, commissioning, and certification.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, review, and monitor ITPs (Inspection Test Plans).
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure compliance with WHS and Environmental policies.
  • Liaise with architects and engineers to ensure the quality of work meets expectations.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities consistent with your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role working for a head contractor.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Valid Construction White Card and First Aid Certification.
  • Strong understanding of large commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
