Commercial Project Manager

This role is for an experienced professional who will be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements for multiple solar and battery projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure timely delivery of projects without surprises.
- Develop a strategic approach to contract negotiation with various stakeholders, including EPCs, BoPs, OEMs, and more.
- Negotiate contracts with confidence and solid commercial acumen.
- Manage risk and keep all parties on track through project delivery.
- Proven experience in managing contracts for large-scale renewables projects (solar, BESS, wind), preferably from the developer side.
- Identify potential risks before they impact the project, handle disputes effectively, and maintain smooth communication among all stakeholders.
- Background in major infrastructure projects adjacent to renewables.
