The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join Advisory team based in Sydney.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide strategic and commercial advice to support the development and delivery of major infrastructure portfolios, programs and projects.
• Lead the management of projects, applying technical experience, industry knowledge and commercial insight to deliver optimised project solutions.
• Oversee project, commercial and contract management throughout the construction phase, ensuring alignment with the client objectives and contractual obligations.
• Drive the development and transformation of the project, program or portfolio management capabilities, standardising process, and enhancing overall project performance.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally, you will bring the following:

• Proven experience in commercial management experience across large-scale projects, with exposure to energy, renewable energy or infrastructure sectors highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen skills and the ability to influence decision makers and drive outcomes.
• Expertise in contract administration, with solid knowledge of contract frameworks. Experience working with NEC contracts is advantageous.
• Claims experience, including building, negotiating and defending claims effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver positive outcomes.
• Proven experience collaborating with cost and forecasting teams to contribute to strategic and operational solutions.
• Client-side experience is desirable but not essential.
