About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Asset Manager to join our team at Burgess Rawson. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Asset Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our property assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and following up on repairs and maintenance for properties.
  • Conducting regular and final inspections for each property.
  • Preparation of correspondence and reports as required.
  • Follow up in arrears with tenants.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors for prompt action as required.
  • Ad hoc assistance to senior Asset Managers.

About You:

  • To be able to communicate well with all stakeholders.
  • A team player who actively participates in company projects.
  • Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and to comply with strict deadlines.
  • Strong client relationship and people management skills, with the proven ability to develop trust and credibility.
  • Common office packages with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office and CRM experience is highly regarded.
  • Interpersonal/telephone skills.
  • Excels at time management, planning, organisation and computer skills.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness.
  • A high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and open to change.
  • Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • Victorian driver's license (must have).
