Operational Shore Excursions Manager

This role involves managing a team of direct reports, ensuring efficient and effective operations at the port. This includes constant collaboration and coordination between team members, guaranteeing proper resources to deliver operations, and developing and maintaining continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders.
- Planning and booking services for shore excursions at various ports in Australia may require traveling to different ports.
- Manage incidents in the port and review that there is no impact on delivery.
- Ensure operation changes at the pier are managed to detail and suppliers receive last minute changes or requests.
The ideal candidate will have high capacity to manage a team to deliver results, use MS Office tools efficiently, be comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks, and available to work on weekends and/or holidays if required.
