We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and vibrant French Teacher to join our Modern Languages Department on a permanent, full-time basis commencing Term 1,2026, teaching Year 7 to HSC-level students. To be successful in this role, you will bring your passion for the French language and teaching experience to inspire and engage our students. We are seeking someone who:
- Holds the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) approved teaching qualifications and accreditation.
- Has prior experience teaching French, including Stage 6 French (Continuers). Experience teaching French Extension is desirable but not required.
- Has a deep understanding of pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment, and the ability to use this knowledge to adapt to the needs of each student.
- Is a collaborative, flexible, and innovative educator, eager to try new methods and technologies in the classroom.
- Has exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage effectively and cooperatively with students, staff, and parents.
- Will uphold the School's Christian values and actively participate in the school's co-curricular activities.
