Job Title: Port Delivery Team Leader

We are seeking a professional to oversee the delivery of services, manage teams and staff, and handle logistics at the Port.

This is a leadership role that involves ensuring smooth Dispatch and Operations by coordinating with team members and stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders, including Port Authorities.
  • Work closely with the Port Delivery Team Manager to ensure good commercial relationships with Cruise Lines.
  • Plan and book shore excursions at various ports of Australia.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent leadership skills to manage a team to deliver results.
  • Able to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook to high standards.
  • Comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.
  • Available to work on weekends and/or holidays if required.
