Regional Finance Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Director to lead financial operations for our Food vertical across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) and South Asia.

This is a high-visibility role overseeing the full profit and loss statement, driving performance, and enabling growth in a dynamic business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives
  • Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and assess return on investment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Present financial reports and key performance indicators to executive stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and enhance financial processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in finance roles within multinational or regional organizations
  • Strong commercial and/or supply chain finance experience
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership across diverse, multi-country teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in tools like OneStream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, and Excel

About This Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial operations for our Food vertical across ANZ and South Asia. They will oversee the full profit and loss statement, drive performance, and enable growth in a dynamic business.

They will work closely with regional operations and commercial leaders, internal audit and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of financial strategies.
