Business Partnering Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled business partnering manager to join our team in Melbourne. The role will involve providing strategic financial guidance and recommendations to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence senior management and teams.

The business partner will be responsible for collaborating closely with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives. This includes developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

The business partner will also be responsible for managing the annual operating plan (AOP) and forecasting process for the APAC region. This includes developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

In addition, the business partner will conduct detailed cost driver analysis across the APAC region. This includes identifying key cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimization in the operational branch network and driving productivity improvements.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, CPA; MBA preferred. They will also have proven experience as a finance business partner or similar role, preferably in a regional or global context.
