Job Overview: Overnight Guest Service Agent position in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia.

This role is based at a resort and hotel located near the airport and a short drive from the city center.

The employment type is full-time with rotating night shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all guests promptly and efficiently in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is produced.
  • Perform an accurate cashiering balance at the completion of shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous 1-2 years experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets.
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Excel and Opera Cloud.
  • Previous experience in a hotel Finance Department and understanding of other areas within Finance is preferred.

Work Requirements:

  • Must be able to work rotating night shifts (11:00pm - 7:00am), including weekends and public holidays.
