Hospitality Operations Manager

Melbourne & Olympic Parks is seeking a skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to drive exceptional food and beverage experiences across our world-class venues. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our hospitality partners, venue, and operations teams to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure operational excellence across all food and beverage touchpoints within the precinct.
- Identify and implement improved ways of serving guests, enhancing speed of service, and introducing new equipment to provide superior customer outcomes.
- Manage complex hospitality projects from planning to execution, driving innovation and revenue growth.
- Cultivate relationships with key suppliers to optimize product range, ensuring offerings remain contemporary and aligned with diverse customer demographics.
- You have a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- You are adaptable, with a willingness to approach each event with passion and attention to detail.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills, building trust and effective working relationships.
- You adopt a collaborative mindset, working with internal and external partners to drive success.

- You have functional experience working within the entertainment or hospitality industries, with a contract caterer or in-house catering department experience being an advantage.
