The role involves monitoring system performance, diagnosing faults and working closely with technicians to troubleshoot issues.

The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, they will support system upgrades, network expansions and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage control systems for solar generation assets.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls for SCADA and automation systems.
  • Monitor system performance, diagnose faults in SCADA, PLCs, and data communication networks.
  • Work closely with technicians to troubleshoot control, electrical, and network issues.
  • Ensure compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support system upgrades, network expansions, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in control systems and industrial network management.
  • Strong skills in SCADA, HMI interfaces, PLC programming, and IP-based communications.
  • Knowledge of network tools, topologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
