Chief Energy Systems Consultant

As an Energy Storage Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the optimal performance of energy storage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical assistance to customers via phone and email, utilizing software to track and manage issues.
- Analyze system faults and trends, preparing detailed reports for internal teams and suggesting improvements.
- Collect product requirements and feedback on quality issues, communicating this information to internal teams to drive product enhancements.
- Manage and create post-sales documentation.
- Establish effective communication with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate quality and service.
- Offer training to customers on energy storage systems to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Occasionally travel onsite to customer locations for tasks such as software upgrades and system support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the energy storage industry is preferred, especially in solar inverter experience. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
