Job Title: Field Service Electrician

  • A valid QLD electrical license is mandatory.
  • Full Australian working rights are required (citizen or permanent resident).
  • CPR, LVR, First Aid, White Card, Working at Heights, and a valid driver's license are all mandatory.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the solar industry, including 1 year in a technical, customer-facing role, is necessary.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and commission SolarEdge systems at residential and commercial sites.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and technical support to installers and customers.
  • Train installers and customers on system installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Conduct site audits and system reviews to ensure compliance, performance, and quality standards.
  • Support the internal team with insights from the field to enhance service and system performance.
