Job Overview

The Asset Manager oversees the development, implementation, and oversight of asset management strategies supported by high-quality policies, systems, and practices to achieve optimal return on investment and provide strategic advice for key stakeholders.

This role involves managing all aspects of the leasing process from initiation to closure, ensuring properties and assets are adequately insured, and coordinating with legal teams to ensure contractual agreements are legally compliant and favourable.

The Asset Manager will also develop and implement efficient property management strategies to maximise asset value, oversee maintenance, and manage OHS matters related to the property.

Additionally, this role involves managing the company's fleet, implementing fuel management systems, and developing policies for vehicle usage and replacement to optimise fleet performance and lifespan.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
