Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Sales Associate to join our team in Broome. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys working with customers, and has excellent communication skills.



About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high sales standards, and supporting store operations. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and ensure seamless customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers, understanding their needs, and making personalized recommendations
  • Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions to provide informed advice to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets, achieving individual and store goals
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store looks inviting and appealing to customers
  • Contribute to stock management, processing sales, and handling cash transactions accurately

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, products, and promotions, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest styles
  • Aptitude for meeting sales targets, working towards individual and store goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other software applications
