Sales Director

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our Broome production and sales business unit.

Stratco is an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions. With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.

A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for a Sales Management professional to spearhead the division's growth in sales and market share, developing new customers and nurturing existing relationships, promoting Stratco's extensive range of Roofing, Rainwater, Patio, Sheds, Fencing and associated Steel Framing Products.

Your natural ability to engage customers will see you build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand our customer base, growing our regional footprint. Your role will entail the mentorship and management of a small, collaborative team.

We are targeting a high-calibre individual, with a background gained within the building products/construction/engineering or related fields, in a Sales or commercial capacity. In addition, the role requires a high level of energy and drive, a collaborative yet decisive leadership style, able to guide, coach and manage a sales and manufacturing team.

This presents as an outstanding opportunity for an individual possessing a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification, where you will be given autonomy and support to manage a key business unit as part of Stratco's national operations.

Relocation assistance will be provided, along with an attractive remuneration package comprising a fully maintained vehicle. The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
