About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

You will execute business process transactions with accuracy and focus on process improvement projects and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute business process transactions in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to identify process bottlenecks and quality assurance opportunities.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures by implementing effective controls and monitoring processes.
  • Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in business process management and optimization.
  • Proficiencies in business process management and optimization, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
