Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high standard of efficiency and compliance across all store operations, processes and tasks.

You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing operational efficiency and compliance in-store, reviewing and improving store operational processes to maximise productivity and sales, assisting the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team in operational processes, managing cash handling and administration responsibilities in line with company compliance, and working closely with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to manage all end of month processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager to oversee operational efficiency and compliance in-store
  • In collaboration with Store Manager, review and improve store operational processes to maximise productivity and sales
  • Assist the Store Manager to coach and develop the team in operational processes
  • Manage cash handling and administration responsibilities in line with company compliance
  • Work closely with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to manage all end of month processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in an admin, operations support and roasting environment

• Inventory management or stock handling experience preferred

• Critical thinking and solutions focused

• Organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Analytical thinker
