Job Title: Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our team of passionate professionals.

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems).
  • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
  • Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
  • Involved in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments.
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology. You must enjoy being in front of customers and supporting them while demonstrating your technical expertise. Both domestic and international travel plays a big part of this role.
