Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our customer service team.

  • This role involves owning and resolving complex customer technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging tools and best practices to deliver exceptional customer support.
  • To excel in this role, you will need to continually develop your technical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with engineering and supportability teams to identify product defects and contribute to the development of diagnostic tools and automation techniques.

This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility in working varied shifts based on business needs. You will spend approximately 50% of your time working remotely and may be required to rotate shifts depending on operational demands.
