Job Title: Cinema Operations Manager

The Cinema Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cinema complex. This includes supervising employees, assisting with training, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all departments.

The role involves:

  • Supervising employees at different levels and assisting with their training and development.
  • Monitoring on-screen presentation and addressing any technical issues that arise.
  • Operating the cinema location in accordance with company procedures and maintaining an understanding of company policies and protocols.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service across all departments to ensure a consistently excellent experience for patrons.
  • Implementing safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash handling and payroll procedures.
  • Upholding staff productivity during shifts and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conducting training sessions and promoting effective communication within the team.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Cinema Worker Level 3 or 4 with supervisory experience.
  • Retail and Food and Beverage experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities.

Additionally, this role requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
