Cinema Operations Manager

About This Role
This position involves leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the business in the absence of senior management, conducting open and close procedures, training and leading team members, handling customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring safety, and implementing standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the cinema including sales, cash handling and inventory control
- Train, lead and motivate staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure the health, safety and security of customers and staff
- Communicate and implement company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
